Interested in Enrollment?

Step 1: Complete and submit a Waiting List Form

Our waiting list form helps us learn more about your family's child care needs so that we can best match your request with available openings.

  • If we have availability that meets your needs, we will contact you to discuss next steps in the enrollment process.

    OR

  • If we do not currently have an opening, we will keep your information on file and reach out when a suitable space becomes available.

Step 2: GMCC will contact you!

The Director will contact you via email to confirm that we have received your waiting list form. At that time, you will also receive a pre-enrollment form, tuition rates, and a copy of our Parent Handbook.

Tours are scheduled based on availability. If there are no openings currently available, your child's information will remain on our waiting list, and we will contact you as space becomes available.

Step 3: Tour

Once it has been determined that we have an available space that meets your family's needs, the Director will contact you to schedule a tour.

Tours are typically offered in the morning, allowing families to see our program in full swing and experience a typical day at our center.

We ask that your child attend the tour with you so that they can become familiar with the environment and so we can begin getting to know them as well.

Step 4: Pre-Enrollment

After touring the program, if you decide that Green Mountain Children's Center is the right fit for your family, the next step to secure your child's enrollment is to submit a completed pre-enrollment form, a non-refundable $50 registration fee, and a deposit equal to one week's tuition.

Step 5: Preparing for your child’s first day at GMCC

Hooray! Your child is enrolled to attend GMCC. Now it’s time to get things in order before your child’s start date. Our ‘Enrollment Packet’ consists of all the forms and contracts that need to be filled out before your child can officially start at GMCC. Before Transition visits can begin, all forms must be turned in. This also includes immunization/ health records from your pediatrician as well as any documentation regarding subsidies or tuition assistance.

As part of the enrollment packet, you will receive a welcome packet for your child’s classroom. This will give you all the information you need regarding the classroom schedule, information about the classroom teachers, and items your child will need on their first day.
