Step 1: Tour
It all begins with the tour! Before you enroll your child, we like to give parents the opportunity to see our facility and understand the layout of our classrooms. Contact Christy at 603-543-0391 to schedule a tour!
Step 2: Pre-Enrollment
The next step to enrollment is to submit a Pre-Enrollment form along with a non-refundable $25 fee and a deposit that is equal to one week of care.

Step 3: Start Date
Parents/Guardians and the Director will discuss a mutually agreed upon start date and an appropriate transition period. Every child is different and transition visits will be tailored to the needs of the family and children.
Parents are not charged during transition visits.
Step 4: Complete Forms
Our ‘Enrollment Packet’ consists of all the forms and contracts that need to be filled out before your child can officially start at GMCC. Before Transition visits can begin, all forms must be turned in. This also includes immunization/ health records from your pediatrician as well as any documentation regarding subsidies or tuition assistance.
Step 5: Info Sharing
At GMCC, we practice primary caregiving, which means that one of the classroom teachers is assigned to each child, specifically. That teacher will complete regular developmental assessments on their primary children as well as hold parent conferences with parents/guardians. Before enrollment, we like to give families the opportunity to meet with their primary teacher to have more in-depth conversations regarding care.
Step 6: Payment
The final step to ensuring you have completed the enrollment process and are ready to start is to confirm payments. Because parents/guardians pay for GMCC's services before they actually occur, we require the one week deposit and the establishment of payment method before starting.
